One of the most impactful projects I worked on was rebuilding the Space Console from the ground up. Partnering closely with our Principal Engineer and Product Designer from Kinetic Data, the goal extended beyond a visual refresh. We aimed to fundamentally simplify the experience and reduce friction for builders moving between forms, workflows, and submissions.
We re-architected the navigation system, replaced the underlying component library, and established a cleaner, more consistent foundation across the application. The result was a cleaner, more intuitive experience that allows customers to spend less time navigating and more time building.
The Kinetic Platform provides composable building blocks such as forms, workflows, integrations, and portals that allow large organizations to automate and orchestrate complex processes without replacing existing systems.
As part of this platform, I built and maintained form lists, workflow lists, and submission views that helped users organize, track, and manage structured data more effectively. I focused on clear data presentation and reusable component patterns to ensure consistency across the application.
Space Console Navigation Redesign
Contributed to building a Customer and Partner Portal at Kinetic Data designed to bring onboarding, installation requests, support tickets, and partner workflows into one structured experience using the Kinetic Platform itself.
Using the Kinetic Platform’s form and workflow capabilities, we built an experience where customers could submit installation and migration requests, manage support tickets, view summaries of their data, and track status updates within a single system.
Within this work, I contributed to the support ticket sections and the Manage Space area, enabling customers to submit installation and migration requests, review their submissions, and track progress. My focus was on building clear, consistent interfaces that made complex information easier to understand and navigate.
Customer portal
Contributed to the transformation of the Momentum Portal from a demo-focused training environment into a production-ready self-service solution. Supported development of the modernized React front end, built reusable UI components including a signature widget, and led the Playwright test suite implementation to ensure stability, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
